Price vows to continue working hard in the Texas House of Representatives for the people of Carson, Hutchinson, Moore, Potter, and Sherman counties.
Today, State Representative Four Price announced that he filed the necessary paperwork with the Texas Republican Party for his re-election candidacy for State Representative of House District 87. “It is a great privilege representing the constituents of House District 87 in the Texas Legislature. I humbly ask the voters of Carson, Hutchinson, Moore, Potter, and Sherman counties for their continued support and vote as I again seek to be their voice of common sense at the State Capitol,” Price enthusiastically said.
Gov. Rick Perry today issued the following statement in response to the passage of Proposition 6: "Today, the people of Texas made history, ensuring we’ll have the water we need to grow and thrive for the next five decades, without raising state taxes. Now it’s time to get to work on the projects that’ll help us meet our growing water needs, preserving and improving both our economic strength and quality of life."
State Rep. Four Price will be honored today for working on legislation that benefits rural hospitals. “Rep. Price stepped up to the plate and helped rural hospitals during the last legislative session when they needed help,” said David Pearson, President and CEO of the Texas Organization of Rural and Community Hospitals.
